Lovely home, clean and comfortable and modern. Close to everything. Bikes were a nice bonus. Bed comfy. Couch also comfortable. At first we were a little taken aback that there were no windows in the bedrooms but after sleeping there we realized it was not a problem at all and we were actually able to sleep in! The living room has a nice big window that looks out on the meadows so we had plenty of natural light where we needed it. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking to enjoy some sun, Lewes Beach is less than half a mile away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the coast.The property is not just about location. We also appreciated the easy electronic keypad entry, which made check-in a breeze.As an added perk, the owners provided two complimentary bicycles, allowing us to explore the beautiful bike trails nearby. Cape Henlopen State Park is less than two miles away, offering stunning scenery and outdoor activities.Parking was easy and convenient .Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in scenic Coastal Delaware. Can’t wait to return.

Place was as advertised. It may be small but it is mighty. Great location with parking and walkable to beach and restaurants. Owner was easy to work with and accommodating.
